About Axel Molist Cordina

Early Foundations

Born in Barcelona and raised in the coastal town of Lloret de Mar, Axel grew up surrounded by creativity, tourism, and early entrepreneurial lessons. From selling refreshments to tourists to experimenting with pricing and marketing in his father’s photography business, he discovered early on that he loved building things and improving experiences.

A Path Shaped by Curiosity

Driven by a passion for technology and music, Axel explored academic and creative avenues across Spain and the UK. Whether studying engineering, producing in recording studios, or DJing nightly in Southampton, he consistently gravitated toward innovation, autonomy, and environments where creativity could thrive. These years shaped his multidisciplinary outlook - part technical, part artistic, fully entrepreneurial.

Building a Career Through Reinvention

After several attempts to break into the music industry, Axel pivoted unexpectedly into telecommunications, where he quickly excelled. That momentum led him to launch his own ventures, eventually forming Circle Cloud Communications (circle.cloud). Starting from scratch- handling sales, installs, support, and everything in between - Axel built the company into a rapidly growing operation known for precision, service, and thoughtful design.

Growing an Ecosystem of Modern Technology Companies

Over the years, Axel expanded into investment and software ventures, including MKMC Investments and later We UC, his proprietary unified communications platform designed with a strong focus on user experience and technical elegance. In 2024, he founded Minimal, a Dubai-based software company focused on IP creation and global digital solutions.

Today, Axel leads circle.cloud, We UC, and Minimal - collectively employing over 100 people and delivering technology that combines functionality, design, and humanity.
